Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Digital Listing Assistant is a private internal seller-side tool used by Roger Mitchell for authorized Etsy digital art listing management. It is not open for public registration. Access is limited to Roger Mitchell and approved internal admin users.

2. Etsy Data Access

The app may access only Etsy account, shop, and listing data explicitly authorized through Etsy OAuth. Depending on authorized features, the app may process listing titles, descriptions, tags, listing status, listing metadata, shop/listing information, and image or media references when needed for private seller-side listing management.

3. Passwords and Tokens

Digital Listing Assistant does not collect Etsy passwords. Etsy OAuth tokens and secrets must be stored securely server-side only. Etsy API credentials, shared secrets, OAuth tokens, refresh tokens, and environment values must never be exposed in frontend code, static files, browser JavaScript, logs, GitHub, documentation examples with real values, or screenshots.

4. How Data Is Used

Data is used only to provide private seller-side listing management functionality for authorized Etsy listings. Data retention should be limited to what is needed to operate the tool, troubleshoot issues, and maintain listing workflows.

5. What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not sell, transfer, sublicense, or commercialize Etsy API access.
• We do not scrape Etsy.
• We do not analyze competitor shops.
• We do not use Etsy data to train AI models.
• We do not send marketing emails.
• We do not redirect buyers away from Etsy or replace Etsy checkout.
