Terms of Use

1. Private Internal Tool

Digital Listing Assistant is a private internal tool operated for Roger Mitchell. No public registration is offered. Access is limited to approved admin users only and may be modified, restricted, disabled, or revoked at any time.

2. Authorized Use

The tool may only be used to manage the authorized user's own Etsy listings. Use of Etsy services remains subject to Etsy's own terms and policies.

3. Prohibited Use

• Users may not use the tool to scrape Etsy.
• Users may not use the tool to copy other sellers' content.
• Users may not use the tool to analyze competitor shops.
• Users may not use the tool to spam users or send marketing email.
• Users may not use the tool to manipulate Etsy reviews, favorites, search ranking, engagement, or marketplace systems.
• Users may not use the tool to redirect buyers away from Etsy or replace Etsy checkout.
• Users may not use the tool to violate Etsy policies, intellectual property rights, privacy rules, or applicable laws.

Etsy is a trademark or property of Etsy, Inc. Digital Listing Assistant is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Etsy, Inc.
